Robotic synthesis of van der Waals heterostructures
Description
The equipment for robotic synthesis of heterostructure of two-dimensional (2D) materials is composed of a confinement enclosure in an inert atmosphere, a glove box under nitrogen for the handling of materials sensitive to oxidation, and a station motorized transfer device for the transfer and assembly of van der Waals heterostructures based on two-dimensional materials.

- 9-axis robotic transfer station with optical tracking.
