Reflectivity at Synchrotron SOLEIL
Description
SOLEIL includes several reflectivity platforms within the DIADEM perimeter, installed on the SEXTANTS and SIXS lines. The various platforms have their own specificities to the host light lines, covering different approaches such as surface diffraction and coherent reflectivity, in a wide range from soft X-rays to hard X-rays and adapted sample environments. The platforms are accessible via project submissions to program committees, or via other access modes that may be set up as part of DIADEM.
