Fidle: introductory training in Deep Learning

Published on

Fidle is a free introductory course to Deep Learning, open to all without registration, in the form of 20 weekly sequences of 2 to 3 hours, broadcast on YouTube.

The course is being run by Grenoble’s MIAI Artificial Intelligence Institute, via the EFELIA project, the CNRS and Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA), with the support and participation of IDRIS, engineers from the CNRS National Artificial Intelligence Research Program (PNRIA), CNRS Continuing Education and the CNRS Mission for Transversal and Interdisciplinary Initiatives (MITI), via the DevLOG, Resinfo and Calcul networks, as well as the SIMaP laboratory.

The aim is to offer an introduction to Deep Learning and AI, accessible to a broad scientific audience, covering both fundamental concepts, the practical use of AI and the latest advances in AI.

This session is organized in 3 parts:

  1. Basic concepts and issues
Accessible to all, with no prerequisites, to discover the fundamentals of AI.
  2. AI as a tool
For anyone with a reasonable grasp of Python who wants to solve a problem using AI.
  3. Actor in AI
Accessible to those who have followed the second part and wish to discover or follow the latest advances in AI.

Previous sessions can be replayed on the Youtube channel.
